They seek an Information/Document Controller with construction experience to collaborate directly with Site Managers and Suppliers on data collection.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers and suppliers via phone, addressing queries, and ensuring data is collected accurately and timely.

This company values remote work flexibility, managing staff with autonomy and accountability based on clear objectives. While primarily remote, the role requires weekly commuting to either the London or Chelmsford offices.

  • Experience in Document / Information Control within the Construction Industry
  • Experience liaising with external stakeholders like sub-contractors or suppliers
  • Experience in Document/Data Quality Assurance
  • Experience in the O&M Handover space is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
