Information / Document Controller – Chelmsford (Hybrid Remote) - £28k

Remote & Flexible working | Growth Opportunity | Autonomous Culture | Private Medical

Ada Meher are currently partnered with a leading SaaS company in the BIM space, helping tier one construction companies globally use technology to increase efficiency and accuracy in delivery of large scale projects. They are looking for an Information/Document Controller, with prior experience in the construction space, to join them working directly with Site Managers and Suppliers on their data collection.

The ideal candidate will have come from a background where they are confident picking up the phone and speaking to customers & suppliers, answering queries and ensuring data is collected both correctly and within pre-agreed timescales.

The business have always operated with remote flexibility, as they prefer to manage their staff with both autonomy and accountability against defined objectives, so whilst this role is available mainly remotely there will be a requirement to commute into either the London or Chelmsford offices once a week.

To Be Considered:

  • Prior experience in Document / Information Control in the Construction Industry
  • Experience working with external stakeholders such as sub-contractors or suppliers
  • Experience working on Document/Data QA
  • Any experience within the O&M Handover space is a benefit to an application
  • Excellent communication skills are a must
