Ada Meher is partnering with a leading SaaS company in the BIM space, helping tier-one construction companies globally use technology to increase efficiency and accuracy in large-scale project delivery. They are seeking an Information/Document Controller with experience in the construction sector to work directly with Site Managers and Suppliers on data collection.

The ideal candidate will be confident in communicating with customers & suppliers, answering queries, and ensuring data is collected accurately and within deadlines.

The company offers remote flexibility, managing staff with autonomy and accountability against clear objectives. While primarily remote, there is a requirement to commute to either London or Chelmsford offices once a week.

Requirements:
  • Experience in Document / Information Control within the Construction Industry
  • Experience working with external stakeholders such as subcontractors or suppliers
  • Experience in Document/Data QA
  • Experience in O&M Handover space is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
