A leading NHS organisation is seeking an Information Business Partner for a 12-month contract in London, focused on delivering data-driven insights and supporting strategic initiatives. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and utilizing tools like Power BI to produce management information efficiently.
The Information Business Partner will work with and manage specific teams and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of business intelligence and data-related products, tools, and techniques that support the ongoing operations and strategic direction of the organisation.
Reporting to the BI Business Partner Manager, this role leads stakeholder management and acts as the single point of contact for specific teams. Responsibilities include developing proof of concepts, testing, understanding data, advising the business, providing insights, and promoting statistical and information services. The role also involves presenting results to varied audiences.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with 1 day on-site in London required per week.
The ideal candidate will have:
You should be an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders, and able to prioritise requirements.
You will liaise daily with internal stakeholders and teams across the organisation. Managing multiple requirements requires organisation, quick learning, and experience in understanding reporting needs, explaining reports, scoping, building reports, and conducting kick-off sessions.
This NHS organisation has an increased need for data analysis to support its strategic aims. The role includes producing performance and management information, supporting change programmes and projects, and delivering management information and KPI data through new tools like a data warehouse and Power BI.
