An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and knowledgeable midwife to lead digital transformation within maternity services, working alongside the Senior Midwife for Clinical Informatics. The post holder will play a key role in a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and professionals, ensuring the successful implementation and safe utilisation of the Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board digital maternity record system and other digital transformation workstreams within the wider Clinical Informatics team.
You will join the Clinical Informatics team at an exciting time, shaping the future of digital maternity services and influencing broader digital transformation across the Health Board. The role will involve enhancing digital literacy, supporting system implementation, ensuring data integrity, and providing assurance of high-quality, safe, and effective maternity care.
