Job summary

3Search is seeking a UGC & Influencer Marketing Specialist to join its expanding e-commerce brand portfolio in the UK. You will own creator outreach, onboarding, briefing and delivery, and manage the creative library to fuel paid social campaigns.

You’ll build lasting relationships with creators, negotiate terms and usage rights, and develop briefs and hooks for short-form video to boost engagement and sales. The role offers a full-time UK-based position with competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Experience with UGC creators and influencer partnerships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management.
• Excellent understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and short-form video.
• Creative eye for identifying compelling creators and concepts.
• Exceptional organisation and written English.

Responsibilities

• Research and recruit UGC creators and influencers across key social platforms.
• Build creator partnerships, negotiating pricing and usage rights.
• Develop briefs, scripts, hooks and storylines to drive engagement and sales.
• Coordinate projects from outreach to content delivery, feedback and approvals.
• Monitor trends and curate a library of creative assets ready for testing.
