Hi there! We’re Wild, on a mission to remove single-use plastic from the bathroom with our refillable, natural, and scent-sational deodorants, body wash, haircare, and lip balm. Launched in 2020, we are one of Europe’s fastest-growing start-ups. Interested in joining us?

This role focuses on the UK market, a key region for our growth. It offers a strategic and performance-based opportunity to lead influencer campaigns, oversee TikTok Shop agency relationships, and drive measurable results while implementing innovative strategies to maintain our competitive edge. You will also expand our ambassador community and collaborate across teams to amplify influencer content.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading influencer strategy across UK, AUS, and CAN markets
  • Managing relationships with creators, talent managers, and agents
  • Planning and overseeing campaigns for brand moments and product launches
  • Optimizing performance using data to improve engagement, reach, ROI, etc.
  • Growing Wild’s ambassador community and connecting with them through events
  • Collaborating with paid media, brand, and growth teams
  • Staying updated on trends, platforms, and creator dynamics

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in influencer or partnerships marketing, ideally across multiple markets
  • Strong network within UK, AUS, and/or CAN creator ecosystems
  • Understanding of brand and performance influencer marketing with ROI focus
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to balance strategy with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative, commercial, and collaborative mindset
  • Bonus: agency or scale-up experience, or in-house at a high-growth consumer brand
  • Passion for sustainability and mission-driven work
