• Develop and lead the overall influencer marketing strategy for the agency, ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs.
• Leading new business pitches and the growth of existing client spend.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers across a variety of platforms, from Instagram to TikTok, ensuring access to top-tier talent and emerging creators.
• Oversee the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, from briefing and contract negotiation to content approval and performance reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of influencer marketing specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are executed within financial constraints while maximising impact.
• Represent the agency at industry events, pitching services to prospective clients, and showcasing campaign successes.
