Job summary

Ignite, a fast-growing Health & Wellness brand in the UK, is hiring an Influencer & UGC Executive to own the creator pipeline end-to-end. You will find and scout creators, onboard them, and manage ongoing partnerships to build a strong roster.

The role requires 1+ years in influencer or UGC roles, strong communication, and a data-driven approach to negotiating terms. Hybrid work available with in-office days in London.

• 1+ years' experience in influencer, creator, UGC or social partnerships.
• Confident sourcing and reaching out to creators.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable negotiating fees and partnership terms.
• TikTok and Instagram savvy with a data-driven mindset.

Ignite are delighted to be partnering with one of the fastest-scaling D2C brands in the UK. The brand is already a market leader in the Health & Wellness / Nutrition space, they've seen incredible growth since they launched in 2024 (scaling from £0m - £15m already).

They're now looking to hire a Influencer & UGC Executive to own the creator pipeline end-to-end - finding and scouting new creators, reaching out to them, negotiating deals, getting them onboarded and then building those relationships so you have a strong roster of people you can continue working with.
