Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager to oversee and manage a range of campaigns. This role involves managing large-scale projects, handling complex data, and maintaining strong influencer and client relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Negotiate campaign deals, source influencers, and utilize our influencer roster.
2. Manage campaigns post-closure to ensure client satisfaction.
3. Communicate effectively with influencers via WhatsApp, Telegram, and email.
4. Use creative techniques to engage influencers and find contact details.
5. Handle extensive datasets and perform data analysis using advanced Excel formulas.
6. Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of campaign goals.
7. Monitor and optimize campaign performance for better results.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing and project management.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
3. Creativity in problem-solving and influencer engagement.
4. Experience with influencer sourcing software is a plus.
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently remotely.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick.
