Job Description:

We seek an experienced Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager to oversee and manage campaigns, handle data, and maintain influencer and client relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Negotiate campaign deals, source influencers, and utilize our influencer roster.
2. Manage campaigns post-closure to ensure client satisfaction.
3. Communicate effectively with influencers via WhatsApp, Telegram, and email.
4. Use creative techniques to engage influencers and find contact details.
5. Manage large datasets and complex Excel files for data analysis and reporting.
6. Oversee project timelines and ensure campaign deliverables are met.
7. Continuously assess and optimize campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in influencer marketing and project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience with influencer sourcing software (advantageous).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work remotely.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick.
