Job Description:

We seek an experienced Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager to oversee and manage various campaigns. This role involves managing large projects, handling complex data, and maintaining strong influencer and client relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Negotiate campaign deals, source influencers, and utilize our influencer roster.
2. Manage ongoing campaigns to ensure client satisfaction.
3. Communicate effectively with influencers via WhatsApp, Telegram, and email.
4. Use creative techniques to engage influencers and find hard-to-reach contacts.
5. Manage extensive datasets and perform data analysis using advanced Excel formulas.
6. Oversee project timelines and ensure timely delivery of campaign components.
7. Continuously assess and optimize campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing and project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Creativity in problem-solving and influencer engagement.
• Experience with influencer sourcing software (advantageous).
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation for remote work.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer-centric approach.
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick.
