Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager to oversee and manage a variety of campaigns. This role involves managing large projects, handling complex data, and maintaining strong influencer and client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate campaign deals, source influencers, and utilize our influencer roster.
• Manage campaigns post-closure to ensure client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with influencers via WhatsApp, Telegram, and email.
• Use creative strategies to engage influencers and find contact details.
• Manage large datasets and perform detailed data analysis using advanced Excel formulas.
• Oversee project timelines and ensure timely delivery of campaign objectives.
• Continuously assess and optimize campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in influencer marketing and project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Creative problem-solving skills and influencer engagement expertise.
• Experience with influencer sourcing software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation for remote work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer-focused.
