Job Responsibilities:

• Negotiate campaign deals, source influencers, and utilize our influencer roster.
• Manage ongoing campaigns to ensure client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with influencers via WhatsApp, Telegram, and email.
• Use creative techniques to contact influencers and find hard-to-reach contacts.
• Handle large datasets and perform detailed data analysis using advanced Excel formulas.
• Oversee project timelines and ensure all campaign deliverables are met on schedule.
• Continuously assess and optimize campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing and project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Creative problem-solving skills and influencer engagement experience.
• Experience with influencer sourcing software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently remotely.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer-focused.
