Role: Influencer Marketing Account Manager

Location: London (Hybrid - 2x Per Week)

Type: Full-time

We’re an award-winning influencer marketing agency based in London, and we’re looking for a driven, creative and organised Account Manager to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about social media, love working with creators, and know what it takes to deliver impactful campaigns, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role

As an Influencer Marketing Account Manager, you’ll be the day-to-day lead on a range of exciting client campaigns across industries such as fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and tech. You’ll manage influencer relationships, oversee campaign execution, and ensure seamless delivery from concept to completion. This is a client-facing role, so confidence, communication and creativity are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and influencers
  • Develop campaign strategies, timelines and briefs
  • Identify, vet and negotiate with relevant talent
  • Oversee content production, ensuring it aligns with client goals
  • Monitor and report on performance, delivering insights and recommendations
  • Stay up to date with platform trends, creator landscapes, and emerging formats

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years experience in influencer marketing (agency or brand side)
  • Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.)
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • A collaborative attitude and a passion for the industry
