Job summary

SURI is looking for two interns to help scale our paid influencer marketing efforts. This 3-month internship (Sept–Dec) offers a London Living Wage and a hybrid work setup with 2 days in the Bank-area office and Fridays from home.

You will support gifting, paid campaigns, and influencer outreach, contributing to a global, best-in-class programme. This is ideal for marketing-minded students eager to grow with a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• High attention to detail and organiser skills.

Responsibilities

• Support influencer programme from gifting to paid campaigns.
• Outreach and negotiations with influencers; manage relationships.
• Brief, execute and oversee influencer campaigns end-to-end.
• Coordinate content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.
• Track KPI performance and report weekly results.
• Coordinate influencer content across social channels and paid media.

Please note: There are two positions available for this role. Both are for 3 months; September-December.

We have a close-knit team of experts with a strong attention to detail and willingness to think differently. We’re now looking for two interns to help us scale our paid influencer marketing efforts at SURI, helping us build a global best-in-class influencer programme.

Hours, working location and remuneration:

• This is a full time position; 5 days a week, Mon‑Fri for 3 months; September- December
• Working hours are 9am‑6pm; 40 hours per week
• Mon‑Thurs will be office days in our office in Bank area. Fridays are a work from home day
• We are offering London Living Wage for this position
• You will be paid on a monthly basis, on the 27th of each month (or the last weekday before, if it falls on a weekend or bank holiday)

The Role:

You will play a key role in supporting our marketing team on all things influencer, from gifting, to paid campaigns. Influencer marketing is a huge growth lever, and we’re looking for someone to take it to the next level.

Responsibilites:

Influencer programme:

• Support our Brand team in coordinating our influencer programmes, identify potential influencers that align with our brand and target audience
• Outreach and communication with influencers, from negotiating fees and contract terms to managing relationships
• Brief, execute and oversee influencer campaigns from inception to completion
• Coordinate influencer content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content
• Track influencer campaign performance, reporting weekly on KPIs
• Coordinate influencer-generated content for cross‑functional use across SURI’s social media channels, website, and paid media channels

TikTok Shop:

• Recruit, onboard, and nurture TikTok Shop VIP/affiliate creators in the US
• Track creator performance and commission tiers, leveraging insights to refine approach
• Stay on top of TikTok Shop tools and creator trends

The ideal candidate will be:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• Able to handle setbacks and pressure with a positive mindset, staying motivated in challenging situations
• Be a natural communicator, with stellar written skills
• Have strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and TikTok

• Unmatched attention to detail and organisation skills
