Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing digital, social, or influencer role.
• Deep experience with influencer engagement across paid and earned tiers.
• Strong understanding of influencers and social media landscape.
• Experience creating social content and measuring performance (benchmarks, engagement, data).
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client engagement and operational flow across assigned accounts.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution across influencer marketing programs.
• Oversee creator operations and campaign tracking across internal platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization and upsell opportunities.
• Ensure operational discipline with accurate systems and processes.
• Manage campaign budgets and day-to-day financial oversight.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Paid Media, PR, Creative, Production).
• Support strategic planning and client growth, including QBR development and roadmaps.
• Lead client presentations and mentor junior team members.
