Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic and highly organised Influencer and Affiliate Manager to lead our influencer and affiliate growth strategy for the UK market. You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with both paid influencers and affiliate partners across Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

This is a results-driven role with a strong focus on performance, brand alignment, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Acquisition & Management

  • Proactively identify and recruit paid influencers in the UK wellness, biohacking, lifestyle, and alternative health niches
  • Negotiate campaign rates, deliverables, and usage rights in line with performance targets
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution and reporting

Affiliate Program Growth

  • Source and onboard new UK-based affiliate partners (creators, bloggers, and thought leaders)
  • Maintain regular communication and performance tracking to ensure long-term engagement
  • Monitor affiliate content quality and alignment with brand messaging

Performance & Optimisation

  • Track ROI, sales performance, and engagement metrics to optimise influencer and affiliate programs
  • Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to provide partners with high-converting assets and messaging
  • Continuously test and refine strategies to scale UK revenue through partnerships
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to senior marketing leadership
  • Stay ahead of UK social media trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with content, PR, and email marketing teams to support wider brand initiatives
  • Help set up and attend influencer event activations

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in influencer or affiliate marketing (e-commerce or wellness industry is essential)
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing influencer/affiliate campaigns in the UK. Ideally for a wellness or beauty brand
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Deep understanding of the UK social media landscape, particularly Instagram and TikTok
  • Data-driven with experience using affiliate platforms (e.g., Refersion, Aspire, or similar) and UTM tracking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
