Job summary

Lubbock Fine LLP in London seeks a Project Manager to lead firmwide technology and business-change projects, focusing on implementing the Inflo audit platform across the Assurance Unit. You will work with sponsors, senior stakeholders and operational teams to ensure delivery aligns with audit workflows and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a qualified accountant with a passion for technology, strong communication, and a collaborative, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with audit experience in a UK professional services firm.
• Experience implementing Inflo audit technology or similar platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of audit workflows and professional services operations.
• Proven track record delivering technology or system implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of firmwide technology and business change projects.
• Oversee Inflo rollout, configuration, testing and deployment across the Assurance Unit.
• Drive assurance transformation and process improvement through tech and redesigned workflows.
• Coordinate testing, training, adoption and change management for new systems.
• Engage with partners, managers and external vendors to ensure project alignment and success.
• Capture feedback post-delivery to improve future implementations.
