A prominent healthcare provider in the region is seeking an administrative professional for their Infection Prevention & Control service. Responsibilities include supporting the IPC team with general administrative tasks, maintaining diaries, and preparing for meetings. The post holder is an integral part of the Infection Prevention & Control service team, providing administration duties, maintaining IPC supplies, stock ordering, liaising and interacting with other healthcare professionals, patients relatives and staff and signposting people to the appropriate member of staff. The post holder will assist and prepare for regular IPC meetings and support the note taking and follow up actions as required. The post holder will maintain up to date and accurate team diaries which include making appointments, arranging meetings, events and venues.
