Job summary

Ghost Hill Infants & Nursery School in Norfolk is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our school as soon as possible. The role supports learning, with the successful candidate holding GCSE English and Maths (grade 4) and Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualifications, plus prior experience with children in a classroom setting.

The post is fixed term until July 2027, 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday), term-time only, 9am-1pm. Applicants must meet safeguarding checks as part of the Trust.

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent including English and Mathematics.
• Level 2 or 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Experience working with children, preferably primary school age, in a classroom or similar environment.
