Job summary

Devon Partnership Trust is seeking an experienced practitioner to join the newly established PAIR Team, shaping a maternity cover role focused on infant mental health, attachment and early relationships. Qualifications

• Professional degree plus core professional training in a relevant field.
• Training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches is required.
• Evidence of ongoing CPD is expected.
• Experience in supervision or leadership within clinical settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist assessment and intervention for parent-infant relationships.
• Collaborate with CFHD and partner agencies (Health Visiting, Perinatal Mental Health, Family Hubs, Midwifery, Children's Services).
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to promote infant emotional wellbeing.
• Provide consultation, training and support to professionals working with infants and families.
