Industry Principal Consultant -Digital Strategists & Offering Owners Lead Consultant

Role - Principal Consultant
Technology Digital Strategists & Offering Owners
Location London, UK

Required

  • A strategist and visionary for Digital Service Offerings are own the conceptualized and GTM for them
  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation, and with CxOs in the industry
  • Be passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences and leveraging innovation to enhance experience transformation programmes
  • Understand the Business challenges and opportunities in the Digital and Data realm across multiple industries and collaborate with a larger team of consultants to build solutions to those business problem statements
  • Run campaigns with internal and external stakeholders i.e. vertical/industry sales teams & client buyers in taking these offerings to the market and be responsible for business development & growth via these offerings
  • Drive measurable results in both end-to-end customer experiences, internal lead management and sales performance
  • Demonstrate thought leadership, creativity and delivery excellence to drive positive behaviours across multi-stream, multi-disciplinary teams across digital experience for our valued customers
  • Collaborate with Business Leads, Business Owners, Sales teams, Innovation Leads, etc. to evaluate the digital & data needs for any new idea or data product and provide recommendations on right solutions to meet the needs.
  • Collaborate with Platform Architects, Tech Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects to ensure the right enterprise view is represented accurately with an application or solution scope and participate in architecture forums and review boards.
  • Establish strong relationships with key leaders, business partners and functions with the goal of fostering a collaborative approach to developing, managing, and sustaining good offering management practices and operations.
  • Be a strong and active member of a dynamic growing team; influence team culture and help build a positive environment on this exciting journey.
  • Must have spent 15-20 years in the industry and in the area of Digital experience & technology implementation with at-least 5 years of experience in Digital strategy and business growth functions
  • Be seen as the organization-wide anchor for the catalog of offerings and be recognized as a SME and Go-to SPOC for them
  • Have a good exposure to Sales & Marketing functions and having worked collaboratively with those functions in driving Digital growth
