Safran Landing Systems Gloucester site seeks a proactive project leader to spearhead end-to-end industrial transfer and industrialisation programs, ensuring REACh compliance and continuity of supply. You will coordinate with engineering, quality, procurement and operations to align timelines, budgets and quality standards.

This role offers exposure to a global aerospace leader, with opportunities to drive continuous improvement, deliver clear dashboards to senior management, and mentor

Qualifikationen

• Proven project management experience within a manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or industrial environment.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and influence positive outcomes.
• Experience managing project plans, timelines, risks, and performance reporting to deliver successful business objectives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• PRINCE2 or an equivalent project management qualification is desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to build effective relationships across all levels of the business.

• Manage and control project schedules and risks, ensuring proactive escalation and swift issue resolution.
• Oversee supplier performance during industrial transfers, maintaining continuity of supply, quality, and cost control.
• Analyse data and produce clear project reports and dashboards, providing visibility of progress to senior management.
• Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing corrective actions.
