Job summary

List Recruitment is seeking an Industrial Services Coordinator for a 12-month contract on site in the United Kingdom. The role covers catalyst handling, cleaning, high pressure water jetting, drains cleaning, tanker and gulper operations, and waste disposal at site.

You will lead field teams, ensure safety and permits, manage contracted services, support the supervisor, and maintain key facilities such as the catalyst shed, yard and jet bay.

Qualifications

• Experience in high pressure water jetting, catalyst handling, and tank/vessel cleaning.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to read permits and method statements.
• Ability to supervise field teams and manage contractor work in site environments.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safety and permit compliance, risk assessments, MSDS, time and method statements as applicable.
• Field supervision of contracted services under their control.
• Ensure effective use of contractors in the field.
• Provide back up for Supervisor.
• Maintain catalyst shed & yard operations.
• Maintain jet bay operations.
• Coordinate with Supervisors/Schedulers to update schedules and task lists.
• Drive changes to PPMs through supervision.
• Execute minor maintenance and support Operations minor maintenance.

We are looking for an Industrial Services Coordinator to join our client's team for an initial 12-month contract, which will be reviewed and re-assessed thereafter. Pay - £29.79 per hour.

Basic Function

Accountable in the field for catalyst handling, cleaning, high pressure water jetting, drains cleaning, tanker & gulper operations, waste disposal services carried out at site.

Primary Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Ensures that safety is paramount in all aspects of the work execution, inc. permit compliance, risk assessments, MSDS, take time, method statements (as applicable.).
• Field Supervision of contracted services under their control.
• Ensure effective use of contractors in the field.
• Provide back up for Supervisor.
• Maintain, control and be responsible for the running of the catalyst shed & yard.
• Maintain, control & be responsible for the running of the jet bay.
• Works with Discipline Supervisor / Schedulers / Area Planner to ensure correct updates to schedules and task lists.
• Drives changes to PPMs through Supervision.
• Executes Minor Maintenance jobs and supports Operations Minor Maintenance jobs.

Skills

• Knowledge and execution experience of high pressure water jetting, catalyst handling, tank & vessel cleaning and tanker operations.
• Proficient in the use of MS office suite.
• Working knowledge of HSE legislation.
