Job description

Role Overview

As an Industrial Services Operative, you will work on a variety of industrial projects across customer sites in the UK. This role involves regular travel and nights spent away from home — typically 1–3 nights per week, though certain projects may require stays of up to 10 days.

You will be involved in tasks such as :

• Oil tank cleaning
• Fuel polishing
• Confined space work
• Site decommissioning
• Oil tank installations
• Industrial water jetting

Full training, mentoring, and opportunities for career progression will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out industrial services operations safely and efficiently
• Travel to customer sites across the UK as required
• Work in confined spaces and at heights when necessary
• Operate tools, machinery, and equipment in line with training
• Work as part of a close-knit team to deliver high‑quality service
• Follow all Health & Safety requirements at all times

Person Specification

• Willingness and ability to work away from home (typically 1–2 nights per week)
• Ideally based near Kidderminster, Worcestershire
• Physically fit; the role can be physically demanding
• Full UK manual car driving licence (HGV licence advantageous)
