Job Description:
Johnson Controls Industrial Refrigeration (IREF) division delivers project solutions, maintenance & service solutions supporting manufacturing, cold storage, and R&D testing requirements. We are OEM for SABROE, Frick Compressors & York products, with trained engineers providing project solutions, planned, preventative & reactive works to markets including meat, poultry, food manufacturing, beverage, cold storage, general manufacturing, leisure, pharmaceutical & automotive.
Role: Commissioning Engineer experienced in start-up and commissioning of Industrial Refrigeration systems. Responsible for meeting system parameters per regulations, standards & procedures. Collaborate with project managers to ensure commissioning aligns with plans and budgets, covering plant & equipment, pipework, refrigeration charges & controls.

Support design team with final design, scope & specifications. Understand design, scope of works & installation requirements for Industrial Refrigeration. Act as the client’s technical contact onsite, support project managers, attend reviews, and guide suppliers & contractors. Projects across the UK & Ireland with travel required.
