Winner Recruitment in partnership with a forward-thinking manufacturer is seeking an Industrial Paint Sprayer to join the production team. You will prepare components, apply coatings, and work from technical drawings to high standards.

The role offers a 4-day week, 2:00pm–12:30am shifts, and a 20% shift allowance, plus healthcare and ongoing training. A friendly, safety-focused environment supports career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience applying industrial coatings in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to prepare components and structures for paint application.
• Capable of masking, preparation and finishing duties.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure defined standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workspace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare components and fabricated structures for paint application.
• Apply industrial coatings using spray painting equipment.
• Mix and apply specialist paint systems per technical specs.
• Carry out masking, preparation and finishing duties.
• Complete quality checks and ensure work meets standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
