Job summary

Winner Recruitment has partnered with a forward-thinking manufacturing company to recruit an experienced Industrial Paint Sprayer to join their production team in Wakefield, England.

This permanent, full-time role offers a 4-day working week with a 2:00pm–12:30am shift and a competitive hourly rate of £16.00–£18.00 plus a 20% shift allowance. It is ideal for someone with experience painting industrial coatings and working from technical drawings, with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Industrial Paint Spraying role.
• Experience using airless, air-assisted, or conventional spray systems.
• Good understanding of industrial coating processes.
• Ability to work from technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• A positive attitude with a focus on health and safety.
