Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Operative (Industrial) in Dudley to carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on plant machinery, including conveyors, motors and gearboxes. The role is Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3pm, with training, progression opportunities and a company bonus.

You should have mechanical maintenance experience with industrial equipment and be willing to commute to the Dudley factory. Salary ranges £30,000–£34,000 plus benefits and real qualifications support.

Qualifications

• Mechanical maintenance experience with industrial equipment.
• Willing to commute to factory in Dudley.
• PPM and reactive repairs on plant machinery experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive repairs on plant machinery.
• Working on motors, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors and more.
• Assisting with basic electrical fault-finding.
