Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited in Hereford is seeking a Maintenance Electrician (Industrial) to join a large-site operation. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on 3-phase machinery, lasers, PLCs, hydraulics, and drives.

The role follows a double-days shift pattern with overtime, training opportunities, and a pathway for career progression within a major UK materials processing company.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience
• Able to fault find on PLCs
• Willingness to rotate early/late shifts

Responsibilities

• Performing planned and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Working on 3-phase motors, drives, sensors, and PLC fault finding
• Further training given through specific courses if needed
• Monday to Friday, 5:30am - 2pm, then 1:30am - 10pm, rotating weekly
• Overtime paid at 1.5x, Sunday 2x
