Job summary

A leading maintenance firm based in Peterborough is seeking an experienced electrical technician. The candidate will be responsible for ongoing maintenance of a large treatment plant, leading projects and refurbishing parts. Key qualifications include NVQ3 in electrical qualifications and industrial experience, particularly with electrical systems. This position requires a Monday to Friday commitment with a 37.5-hour week.

Qualifications

• Proven record of maintaining and troubleshooting electrical equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and schematics.
• Experience with 415V equipment in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a large treatment plant through ongoing maintenance.
• Lead maintenance projects and refurbish fabrication of equipment.
• Conduct fault finding and install instrumentation.

Electrical qualifications

Experience in industrial electrical works

Strong EHS and Quality awareness

Education

NVQ3 in electrical based units
