You will collaborate with contracts and site teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in Industrial and Logistics sectors essential.
• CSCS Managers Card required; SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely.
• First Aid Certification desirable or required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Contracts Manager and site team to deliver on time and on budget.
• Prepare and maintain project forecasts and handover dates.
• Apply contract obligations and maintain quality plans.
• Lead safety and quality standards across the project.
• Manage snagging and ensure defect-free handover.
• Develop relationships with site teams, clients and subcontractors.
• Mentor and manage the site team; deputise for Contract Manager as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality systems.
