Job summary

White Space Recruitment is assisting in the search for a Project Architect or Senior Architect for an Industrial & Logistics client in London. The role offers hybrid working and leadership across project delivery from feasibility to handover.

The ideal candidate will have ARB registration, strong technical delivery, and advanced Revit skills, with the ability to run projects independently and manage client relationships.

Qualifications

• ARB-registered Architect with professional registration.
• Proven experience in industrial & logistics sectors.
• Strong technical delivery and construction-stage expertise.
• Advanced Revit capability for hands-on project delivery.
• Leadership experience and ability to manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial and logistics projects across all RIBA stages.
• Act as primary day-to-day contact for clients, consultants and contractors.
• Mentor and manage project teams.
• Deliver and coordinate Stage 4 technical design information.
• Guide projects through construction and handover; coordinate Revit delivery.
