Job summary

Adecco is recruiting for an Assistant Lab Technician to join a busy industrial site in Hyde. This temp-to-perm role involves operating and monitoring machinery, setting up equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

The position may require night work and is based on an industrial site with long-term career prospects for reliable candidates. Training is provided where necessary, and safety is emphasised throughout the role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a machine operator or industrial environment is desirable.
• Experience operating machinery is preferred (full training can be provided).
• Good understanding of health & safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Able to carry out manual handling tasks.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Pay Rate: £13ph - £14ph

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Monday to Thursday 06:15am - 18:30pm MUST be happy to work nights if needed
