Routeco, part of the Sonepar Group, invites you to join our Internal Sales team in the UK. You’ll deliver fast, friendly, knowledgeable support across phone, email and digital channels, while collaborating with External Sales and Technical colleagues to ensure a smooth customer journey.

In this role you’ll promote Routeco products, build lasting relationships, and contribute to gross margin growth by identifying opportunities and resolving enquiries.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach to support enquiries and build trusted relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; work collaboratively and inspire commitment.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with attention to detail and persistence.
• IT skills including Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
• GCSEs Maths and English; ONC-level qualification or electrical experience beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Promoting and selling Routeco products to achieve sales targets and GP growth.
• Providing excellent customer service across phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
• Building long-term customer relationships and encouraging repeat business.
• Developing product knowledge to advise on solutions, pricing, availability and delivery timelines.
• Working with internal and external sales teams to follow up quotations and opportunities.
