This is a regional role covering the North of England.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS AN INDUSTRIAL GAS ENGINEER:

In this role, you will be responsible for on-site maintenance and support on a diverse range of industrial combustion and process plant equipment.

Your key duties will include:

• Reactive and planned maintenance on industrial boilers, burners, and combustion systems.
• Troubleshooting, repair, and installation of industrial gas systems.
• Commissioning and servicing of industrial equipment.
• Testing and monitoring of plant performance to ensure efficiency.
• Providing expert advice and recommendations for upgrades and energy savings.
• Building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Ensuring full health & safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Traveling locally with occasional overnight stays.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED AS AN INDUSTRIAL GAS ENGINEER:

• Full UK driving licence.
• Relevant Gas qualifications: COCN1, ICPN1, CIGA1, and CORT1.
• Good mechanical experience and electrical fault-finding skills are advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A keen eye for detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Willingness to undertake further training to expand your expertise.
