Qualifications

• Currently studying towards or recently graduated in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Analytical, data-driven approach with good communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and lead new manufacturing systems and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement projects focusing on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Analyse and improve OEE performance and lead throughput improvement programmes.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Factory Physics to optimise manufacturing performance.
• Conduct capacity planning, speed modelling, and throughput analysis to support operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
• Project manage both small and large-scale improvement initiatives, ensuring delivery against objectives.
