Job summary

MARCH is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team in Falmouth, delivering electrical installation and maintenance across water and wastewater projects, both on site and in our workshop. You will read drawings, diagnose faults, install panels, cabling and instrumentation, supervise apprentices, and collaborate with Project Managers to keep work safe, on schedule and compliant with HSE standards.

Qualifications

Experience in industrial electrical installation.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental practices on site.
ECS card and relevant trade qualification.
17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations knowledge.
NVQ Level 3 / ONC (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Carrying out electrical installation, maintenance, and diagnostics on process plant and equipment.
Working across water and wastewater treatment sites, pumping stations, and dosing systems.
Manufacturing, installing, and maintaining electrical panels.
Installing and maintaining cabling, conduit systems, and instrumentation.
Supporting testing, inspection, and fault-finding activities.
Supervising apprentices and supporting other trades where required.
Ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Updating drawings and documentation, including contributing to As-Built records.
