Job summary

MARCH, the leading provider of critical engineering services, seeks a skilled Electrician to join our team in Falmouth. You will perform electrical installation, maintenance, and diagnostics across water and wastewater projects, working on site and in workshops.

Reporting to the Project Manager or Engineer, you will read drawings, diagnose faults, and support safe, efficient project delivery while upholding health and environmental standards. ECS card and relevant qualifications required.

Qualifications

Industrial electrical installation experience.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental practices on site.
ECS card and relevant trade qualification.
Design, Erection & Verification qualification (e.g. C&G 2400) or equivalent.
17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
NVQ Level 3 / ONC (or equivalent).
Previous water industry experience preferred.
Inspection & Testing qualification optional.

Responsibilities

Carrying out electrical installation, maintenance, and diagnostics on process plant and related equipment.
Working across water and wastewater treatment sites and pumping/dosing systems.
Manufacturing, installing, and maintaining electrical panels.
Installing and maintaining cabling, conduit systems, and instrumentation.
Supporting testing, inspection, and fault-finding activities.
Supervising apprentices and supporting other trades as required.
Ensuring safe, on-time, high-standard completion and updating drawings/documentation.
