Job summary

WGM Engineering Ltd, part of RSK Group, is seeking an Electrician to join the E&M Services team on a permanent, full-time basis. This site-based role covers the Central Belt across client sites, delivering electrical installation, maintenance, testing and pre-commissioning works in industrial environments.

As part of the E&M Services team, you will review RAMS, support NICEIC certification, and work to BS7671 and internal safety rules.

Qualifications

• Time-served electrical experience via recognised apprenticeship.
• Valid SVQ Level 3 Electrical and 18th Edition Regulations.
• ECS card holder with up-to-date certifications.
• Experience in electrical installation, maintenance and testing.
• Knowledge of electrical safety rules and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, test and pre-commission electrical equipment across industrial sites.
• Fault-find and resolve electrical issues safely and efficiently.
• Deliver electrical construction, compliance and control per regulations and standards.
• Interpret RAMS and prepare daily risk assessments.
• Carry out electrical isolations per safety rules.
• Review design information and mark-up as-built drawings.
• Support onsite design changes and collaborate with teams and clients.
• Assist with safety, quality and continuous improvement across works.
