• Experience as a Product Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience in electrical/industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to manage products lifecycle.
• Strong commercial acumen in pricing and profitability.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into strategy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Engineering/Business related degree advantageous.
