Placements24 is seeking an Industrial Electrical Engineer to join our established manufacturing team in Randburg, Gauteng. You will design, install, and maintain electrical infrastructure, power distribution, and automation systems across large industrial facilities.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 6+ years' experience, and strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, and motor control. Expect project budgeting, safety compliance, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in industrial electrical engineering, preferably in manufacturing or processing plants.
• Strong knowledge of power systems, motor control, VSDs, PLCs, SCADA and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain electrical systems for industrial plants, including power distribution, motor control centers, and lighting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional registration with ECSA (Pr. Eng. or TechniEng.) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in industrial electrical engineering, with a focus on manufacturing or processing plants.
• In-depth knowledge of power systems, motor control, VSDs, PLCs, SCADA, and industrial automation.
• Proven experience in electrical project management and budget control.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and risk management.
