Job summary

TDRS Recruitment Limited is seeking two experienced Industrial Door Engineers for a highly reputable manufacturer of industrial doors and loading systems in the South East. The role is predominantly service and repair with limited travel, and there is a strong emphasis on training and progression, with an attractive bonus scheme.

You will service, maintain and repair steel doors, high speed doors, roller shutters and loading bay equipment, plus basic electrical work.

Qualifications

• Experience on industrial doors, speed doors and loading bay equipment.
• Strong employment history in the door maintenance industry.
• Willingness to travel infrequently and work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining, and repairing industrial doors such as steel doors, high speed doors, roller shutters, and sectional doors.
• Some work on loading bay equipment such as dock levellers, wheel locking systems and scissor lifts.
• Basic electrical wiring and fault finding on electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment.
