Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Industrial Door Engineer. The Industrial Door Engineer will be responsible for servicing, maintaining installing and repairing industrial, retail, and commercial doors. Tasks include conducting routine maintenance, attending emergency call-outs, repairing and replacing metal doors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role requires traveling to various locations, diagnosing issues, and providing technical support and solutions to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience with servicing, maintaining, installing and repairing industrial doors
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
• Technical skills in handling tools and equipment for door repairs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with specialized door servicing software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Relevant certifications such as DHF and ADSA or qualifications in engineering or a related field
