Job summary

Marble Talent Group Ltd is recruiting an experienced Industrial Door Engineer in Newton Abbot, covering the South West. The role focuses on servicing, maintenance, breakdown repairs, and occasional installations in a field-based capacity.

You will inspect, diagnose and repair industrial doors, with travel across the South West region and a 1-in-4 call-out rota. A full UK driving license is required and a company van is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with industrial doors.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• A good understanding of industrial door servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Flexibility to participate in a 1-in-4 call-out rota.
• Willingness to travel throughout the South West region.

Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, based in Newton Abbot, who is looking for an experienced Industrial Door Engineer to join their team, covering the South West region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for a varied, field-based role, carrying out servicing, planned maintenance, breakdown repairs and occasional installation work across the region.

The Role

• Carrying out routine servicing and preventative maintenance on industrial doors.
• Diagnosing faults and completing breakdown repairs.
• Attending reactive maintenance call-outs across the South West.
• Carrying out occasional installation work as required.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Providing a professional and reliable service to customers.
