Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of digital and IT projects, aligning with business goals and technical requirements.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, IT, OT, and cybersecurity, ensuring clear roles and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Oversee integration of digital platforms with OT/IT systems such as SCADA, historians, DCS, cloud, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, risks, and dependencies across global teams.
