Job summary

Kohler Mira Ltd. in the UK is seeking a midweight Industrial Designer to help shape the next generation of showering and bathroom products. You’ll work with design, marketing and engineering teams from early insights through to production, contributing to usable, manufacturable solutions.

You’ll generate sketches, CAD models, renderings and prototypes, collaborating across disciplines to ensure high design quality and effective implementation of feedback.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience in industrial design.
• Experience contributing to product development from concept to manufacture.
• Strong user-centred design mindset and problem-solving approach.
• Experience with user and desktop research.
• Ability to develop concepts into refined design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and development of showering and bathroom products from insights to design for manufacture.
• Support user, market and trend research and translate findings into opportunities.
• Create sketches, CAD models, renderings, prototypes and visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with engineering and suppliers to maintain design intent through development.
