Job summary

Mrs Buckét Cleaning Services is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operative to join our UK team on a full-time permanent basis. The role runs Monday to Friday, 05:30 to 14:00, across assigned site areas including offices, receptions, and production zones, with full training provided to maintain the highest standards.

You will work with on-site teams and clients, ensure PPE compliance and stock monitoring, and contribute to a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail.
Able to work at a fast pace in manufacturing environments.
Strong communication skills and confident engaging with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

Operate cleaning machinery and use cleaning methods to maintain high standards (full training provided).
Ensure full PPE compliance across relevant areas of the site.
Communicate effectively with the client, especially where 24-hour site operations are in place.
Support the delivery of exceptional standards during key client visits.
Monitor and report cleaning supply requirements and stock levels.
Report any Health and Safety issues promptly to the Supervisor or Site Lead.
Clean to a high standard across offices, receptions, toilets, production zones, and warehouse.
