Job summary

Mrs Buckét is seeking a part-time, entry-level Cleaning Assistant to support our Wales sites on a fixed early-morning shift. The role covers multiple site areas and requires reliable, detail-oriented teamwork. You will receive comprehensive training.

Shifts run 2h20m on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, and 3h20m on Tuesday and Friday, with onsite parking and a supportive team. Opportunity to develop within a multi-site, award-winning cleaning company.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively at a fast pace in challenging environments.
• Strong communication skills and confident engaging with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning machinery and use methods to maintain high standards (full training provided).
• Ensure PPE compliance across the site.
• Communicate with the client, especially with 24-hour site operations.
• Support exceptional standards during client visits.
• Monitor and report cleaning supplies and stock levels.
• Report Health and Safety issues promptly to Supervisor or Site Lead.
• Clean varied areas including warehouse, offices, meeting rooms, receptions, toilets, and production zones.
